A Peosta man has been arrested in Buchanan County on charges he sexually abused a girl under 15.
Independence Police say 19-year old Brandon Florence faces numerous charges including 16-counts of third degree sexual abuse.
An investigation shows the alleged abuse took place several times at an Independence home.
