A Dubuque man is accused of sexually assaulting a girl under 16 multiple times and supplying her with alcohol and cocaine. He also is accused of trying to have a sexual relationship with another girl under 13.
Dubuque Police say 26-year old Malik Patterson was arrested on Thursday after an investigation that started in March. Patterson is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on 75-thousand dollars bond.
