College and K-12 students in Dubuque are able to ride the city’s Jule public transit system at no cost during the school.
This is the 3rd year in a row the city is waving the cost for college students. To take advantage of the free ridges, college students need to display an I.D. for the 2025-26 school year.
Students in 6th thru 12th grades also need to present a student I.D.
