Fighting Saints Win Home Opener
The Dubuque Fighting Saints (4-0-0-0, 8 pts) held off a push from the Omaha Lancers (1-4-0-0, 2 pts) in a 3-2 win in their home opener on Friday night. Teddy Merrill logged his second multi-goal game of the season in the win over the Lancers by scoring two of the three goals.
The unbeaten Saints will host Omaha again tonight.
