A Dubuque man accused of pointing a gun at a woman while in traffic is in jail.
Dubuque Police say 21-year old Marke Powell-Moore was arrested on Saturday for the incident which occurred during the early morning hours of September 9th on Loras Boulevard.
Police say Powell-Moore was a passenger in a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road that pulled up next to the woman’s vehicle. The woman told police the passenger flashed a gun at her. Police say they were able to use traffic camera footage to determine Powell-Moore was in the passenger seat and had the gun.
