The Dubuque County Historical Society has landed funding grant for restoration of the Mathias Ham House.
The $25,000 in funding support comes from the Dubuque Racing Association Core Grant Program.
The Historical Society is currently in a multi-year restoration of the historic home built in 1857 on Lincoln Avenue near Eagle Point Park. The project will address windows, doors, masonry, floors and more and help long-term preservation of the city landmark.
