A Maquoketa woman who has pled not guilty to vehicular homicide charges in the death of a truck driver in August near Dubuque will go to trial next year.
Court records show 27-year old Kaylynn Knight is scheduled to have a jury trial January 13th in Dubuque County District Court.
Knight was arrested in late September following an investigation that authorities say found she was driving distracted playing a game on her phone when she struck and killed the trucker standing by his truck along Highway 61 just south of Dubuque.
