Three Dubuque county men are among four suspects arrested by Manchester Police during a recent undercover online operation targeting sexual predators.
Police say those charged include 41-year old Seth Chambers of Dubuque, 56-year old William Bockenstedt of New Vienna, 38-year old Craig Conrad of Epworth, and 32-year old Alex LaFrenz of New Hampton.
Manchester Police say an undercover officer posed online as a 15-year old boy on several public and dark web applications, creating multiple social media profiles. Police say the four men are accused of suggesting sexual activity and then were arrested at a Manchester Park when they set up a meeting.
