A Dubuque man has entered into a plea agreement and been sentenced for hitting another man in the head with a pipe and then driving off with the man’s pick-up truck and trailer.
53-year old James Bodish has been ordered to serve 25 years in jail.
Bodish was for the August 18th incident at the Hy-Vee gas station on South Locust Street.
The injured man was hospitalized following the attack.
