Several Buildings to be Deconstructed at Sinsinawa Mound

The Sinsinawa Dominicans say they have been unsuccessful in finding new owners for several unused buildings on the Sinsinawa Dominican Mound campus so they will soon be coming down.

The buildings being deconstructed will included the rotunda which houses the Queen of the Rosary Chapel, the former dining room, kitchen, bakery, bookshop, and wellness center; as well as the former residential areas.

The Sisters will retain the remaining buildings and all surrounding land for ministry purposes into the future.
