Coverage partner KCRG reports the Iowa City Police Department has arrested a Dubuque man who is accused of stealing thousands of dollars in comic books from an Iowa City store.
32-year old Dakota Goarcke is charged with second-degree theft after being accused of taking seven comic books valued at around 21-hundred dollars in March of last year from Bartertown Toys and Collectables. Police used a security camera photo to identify Goarcke.
