A Dubuque man has been sentenced for causing the death of a woman by running over her and driving away.
Yesterday in Dubuque County District Court 26-year old Bailey Foht was sentenced to 27 years in jail after agreeing to a plea deal.
Foht was charged in the June 11th death of Kalissa Reeder of Dubuque who was hit while crossing at the intersection of Loras and Locust. Foht was arrested the next morning at a Dubuque hotel.
