A Dubuque man is being charged with possessing child sexual abuse material.
26-year old Justin Nelson was arrested Thursday by Dubuque Police on a warrant with over two dozen counts against him.
Police say the investigation of Nelson started in November 2024. Last February authorities say they seized electronic devices from his home containing child sex abuse material. Nelson is being held in the Dubuque County Jail.
