The City of Dubuque is giving an early heads up regarding an upcoming long term complete road closure.
The city says due to construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station Old Mill Road will be closed between Manson Road and the Catfish Creek bridge beginning on Monday, March 16, through Friday, May 22.
Officials say motorists will need to follow the posted detour utilizing Fremont Avenue, Grandview Avenue, and Rockdale Road and also might want to use the Southwest Arterial as an alternate route.
