Dubuque Police have identified the teenage boy shot and killed earlier this week in Dubuque.
Police say 16-year old Jakory McMillian of Dubuque, who originally was reported to be 15-years old, was found with a serious gunshot wound in the area of West Locust and Foye Streets around 10 o’clock on Monday night. McMillian was rushed to Unity Point Finley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Dubuque Police say their investigation is ongoing.
