The Telegraph Herald reports the AI nude photo case resulting in dozens of student victims at Cascade High School has been adjudicated in juvenile court.
Last March school officials were made aware of the photos and following an investigation by Cascade Police and Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department, charges were filed against three juvenile suspects in September.
Because of the age of suspects, the Dubuque County Attorney says they are not allowed to share the nature of the charges or what the results of the adjudication were.
As a result of the case, authorities have made presentations to all schools in Dubuque County, as well as for parents, to make them aware of how the county attorney’s office would handle cases like this in the future.
