Manchester Police have arrested a now former University of Dubuque professor in connection to an undercover grooming operation.
Police say Nathan Hough, an associate professor of psychology a U-D is accused of traveling to Manchester to engage in sex acts with an undercover officer portraying a minor. They say he also sent explicit pictures to the officer.
The University of Dubuque says Hough is no longer employed at the school as of yesterday afternoon.
