A 25-year old Asbury man is in Dubuque County Jail accused of sexually abusing a girl under the age of 16 on numerous occasions.
The Dubuque County Sheriff says Charles Justmann was arrested on Friday and is being held on $250-thousand dollars bond.
Authorities say the incidents of abuse happened last year while Justmann was giving the girl private guitar lessons. He also is accused of having numerous nude, partially nude and pornographic images of the girl saved on an electronic device.
