Dubuque Police say a driver running a red light in downtown Dubuque caused a two car crash injuring two people.
The collision happened Thursday evening around 6:30 at the intersection of 20th and White streets. Authorities say a vehicle driven by 53-year old Victor Ceruto Alarcon didn’t stop for the light and ran into the other vehicle driven by 67-year old Thomas Galle of Dubuque.
Galle was taken to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment. Ceruto-Alarcon complained of pain but didn’t seek medical treatment.
