Severe Weather including tornadoes and up to 3 inch diameter hail struck areas of eastern Iowa and northwest Illinois yesterday.
Damage and several power outages have been reported in Jackson County.
The Preston, Charlotte, and Delmar area received the brunt of the damage there. In Preston there are multiple poles down and damage reported around the town. The Illinois community of Savanna also is reporting damage.
Forecasters say another potential round of strong to severe storms may develop this afternoon, with the strongest forecast for areas south of Highway 20. Heavy rain is also a possibility throughout the tristate area through tonight.
