4/10-Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles

Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles  (serves 8) 

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces

16 oz. Rice noodles or egg noodles (thin spaghetti will work too)

6 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup Soy sauce

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp. Ginger, minced

½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil 

Cook noodles according to package directions.  Drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil.  

In a large skllet, heat a couple tablespoons Olive oil over medium heat, once hot, add chicken pieces, cook and stir for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown. 

Add minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir and simmer 3-4 minutes.  

Fold the cooked noodles into the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the sauce.  

Serve the dish in bowls, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
