Former Lancaster Woman Plead Guilty To Theft By Trustee

A former Lancaster woman has pleaded guilty to theft by trustee in a case dating back to 2022. 48-year old Jennifer Bendorf entered the plea recently in Grant County Circuit Court.

Bendorf had been under investigation by Lancaster Police and the Wisconsin Department of Justice since December 2022 after a complaint from two of the three owners of DPJ Properties and Pioneer Directories regarding the accused theft by the other owner which was Bendorf.

During the course of the investigation, a related civil case against Bendorf was tried and a judgment was entered against her in the amount of just over $1-point-1 million dollars.

After her guilty plea, Bendorf was ordered to pay nearly $86-hundred dollars in restitution and serve two years of probation.
