“Art on the River” Reception

A reception celebrating the selected works and their creators for the City of Dubuque’s 20th annual temporary public art exhibit “Art on the River” for 2026–2027will be held Friday, August 7, from 5p–7p at the Grand River Center, 500 Bell Street. The evening will begin with live music, light hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar on the patio. The event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public. In case of inclement weather, activities may be scaled back and moved indoors.
