City of Dubuque Memorial Day Closures

The City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Monday, May 26th for the Memorial Day holiday. This includes City Hall and other City offices and facilities. There will be no curbside collections (Pick-up is Saturday) The Jule, Dubuque’s public transit system, will not operate on Memorial Day. Parking meter expiration violations will not be enforced on Memorial Day. The Carnegie-Stout Public Library will be closed on Sunday, May 25th and Monday, May 26th.
