First Fridays – Trolley Edition

First Fridays returns March 6 with a special Trolley Edition from 5p–9 p. A free hop-on, hop-off trolley will loop throughout downtown Dubuque, connecting galleries, studios, and creative venues. Riders can board near participating locations, with a central stop at the Intermodal Parking Ramp at 9th and Washington Streets in the Millwork District.
