Great Draw Street Art Competition

The Great Draw Street Art Competition is scheduled for Saturday, September 13 in downtown Dubuque from 9a-4p at 11th and Main Street. The competition is a fundraiser for The Great Draw Visual Arts Scholarships and Internship Program.
