The Dubuque Labor Day Parade

The Dubuque Labor Day Parade, organized by the Dubuque Federation of Labor, will begin at 9:30a on Monday, September 1. The parade will follow the regular parade route, starting at Washington Park and running along Locust Street until about 16th Street.
