3/15-Fish Filet O’ Sandwiches

Fish Filet Sandwiches 

8 Breaded fish filets

8 slices American Cheese

8 Hamburger buns

Bake fish filets att 425-degrees F for 28-30 minutes 

Tartar sauce: 

¼ cup dill pickle relish

12 capers, minced

2 tsp. dried minced onion

2 tsp. milk

1 tsp. dried parsley

½ tsp. lemon juice

1/8 tsp. sugar

½ cup mayonnaise 

Several hours before serving, make the tartar sauce by mixing all of the tartar sauce ingredients in a container with a lid.  Refrigerate at least one hour.  

Bake fish filets according to package directions.  Steam buns by placing them in a zip-lock plastic bag with a damp paper towel.  Microwave for 30 seconds to steam.  Place 1 slice of American cheese on the top of the bottom bun.  Place baked fish filet on bun, add tarter sauce and serve!  

Battered Fries.  Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 425-degrees for 25-30 minutes.  You can bake both fish filets and fries at the same time.
