A Dubuque man accused of than 20 sex related crimes while having a sexual relationship with a minor has decided to plead guilty to the charges.
Online court records show 32-year old Fabian Swank entered into a plea agreement in Dubuque County District Court and will be sentenced at a later date.
Swank was arrested in February following an investigation by Dubuque Police after an Assistant Principal a Washington Middle School reported concerns a student was in an inappropriate relationship with Swank. An alert teacher noticed emails Swank and the student were sending back and forth on a school issued laptop computer.
