The Wahlert Catholic girls basketball team has climbed two notches in the latest rankings from the Iowa Girls Athletic Union. The Golden Eagles are now ranked 4th in Class 3A. Maquoketa continues to hold down the number one ranking in Class 3A.
In the Iowa boys poll from the Iowa High School Athletic Association released earlier this week: Dubuque Senior is ranked 7th in Class 4A, Wahlert Catholic is 10th in Class 3A, Cascade is ranked 10th in Class 2A and Bellevue Marquette Catholic is 6th and Bellevue is 9th in Class 1A.
