For the first time in program history, Iowa State has won 15 straight games, as it powered past Baylor to secure the best start in program history, winning 70-60.
Tamin Lipsey led all scorers with 24 points, one shy of his career high. Joshua Jefferson had a monster day on the glass for the Cyclones, as the big man from Las Vegas pulled down a career-high 17 rebounds to pair with 19 points as he earned his 19th career double-double.
