Dubuque Police say a man waving a handgun in a threatening manner at two people was arrested over the weekend.
Police say the incident happened Friday night shortly before 10 o’clock in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
61-year Richard Lewis reportedly yelled at the two people who were walking by his residence, threatened them with the handgun from his front porch and continued threatening them from the street while they walked away.
Police say when they arrived to his home Lewis ran out the back door. He was arrested and taken to the Dubuque County Jail.
