Tonight, girls and boys high school track and field athletes across Iowa will try to advance on the next week state meet in Des Moines.
At Dalzell Field, Senior and Hempstead will be among the eight schools in one of the Class 4A State Qualifying Meets.
In Class 3A: Wahlert Catholic and Western Dubuque will be among the teams at the qualifier hosted by Dewitt Central
In Class 2A: Cascade will be at the qualifier at Hudson and Beckman Catholic will be at North Fayette Valley.
In Class 1A: Bellevue and Bellevue Marquette Catholic are at the qualifier hosted by Lisbon. Clayton Ridge is at Edgewood-Colesburg.
