An Oshkosh, Wisconsin woman was injured in an accident yesterday morning in Dubuque. Police say the crash happened shortly before 5 at the intersection of U.S. 61 and the Locust Street Connector.
Authorities say a vehicle driven by Tiernan Herlihy collided with a semi-tractor trailer being driven by 46-year old Jason Merkes of Dubuque.
Herlihy had to be taken by ambulance to MercyOne Medical Center. She was cited for running a red light.
