A Peosta man jailed on several counts of sexually abusing a girl under the age of 15 and possessing obscene materials has pled not guilty to the charges and a trial date has been scheduled.
20-year old Brandon Florence who was arrested last month has been given a trial date of May 19th in Dubuque County District Court.
Florence is facing similar charges in Buchanan County after being arrested by Independence Police there in August after being accused of sexually abusing the same girl there numerous times.
