The organization Dubuque Forward has announced its new director for Downtown Strategy and Partnerships.
Carolyn Kelly has been named by the non-profit. Kelly most recently served as Director of Communication and Research for a national transportation research non-profit.
Kelly will lead implementation of Dubuque Forward’s Downtown Core Strategy working with public and private partners to advance redevelopment projects, coordinate investment opportunities, and ensure progress on key priorities supporting downtown vitality.
