A Dubuque man was arrested after leading police officers on a chase that ended on the outskirts of Dubuque.
Police say around 5:30 Wednesday morning they attempted to pull over 33-year old Latroy Owens for speeding on Dodge Street. Police say Owens then drove off onto Devon Drive before returning back on to westbound Dodge Street.
Police say Owens vehicle was located about two hours later in a parking lot on Seippel Road and he was taken into custody.
