On Friday, if you see members of rock and roll bands from days gone by carrying golf putters with them in downtown Dubuque, you didn’t enter a time machine; it’s just participants in the 2026 Puttzin’ Around Downtown event.
David Barba, executive director with Dubuque Main Street. Teams will play mini-golf holes at various venues throughout downtown. Barba says some FAR OUT ,GROOVY prizes are up for grabs.
Proceeds from the Puttzin’ Around Downtown primarily support non-profit Dubuque Main Street and are used to fund various community initiatives.
