The Grant County Sheriff says two people were injured in a two vehicle accident. The accident happened around 11:30 Wednesday night near Patch Grove at the intersection of highway 35/133 and Highway 18.
Authorities say a vehicle driven by 47-year old Jason Vonbruchhaeuser of Dixon, Illinois failed to yield at the stop sign intersection and pulled into the path of an SUV driven by 21-year old Olivia Blum of Glen Haven. Blum had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital while Vonbruchhaeuser also complained of injuries, but didn’t require hospitalization at the time. He was cited for causing the crash.
