Following a national search, the University of Dubuque has named the next University President.
The University Of Dubuque Board Of Trustees says Travis Frampton will be the university’s 12th president. Frampton comes to Dubuque after serving since July of 2019 as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas.
Frampton will begin his duties beginning on June 1st as he succeeds Jeffery Bullock who has been the university’s longest serving president, stepping down after 25 years at U-D. Bullock has been asked to serve in a counseling capacity for the university to aid in the on-boarding of the new president for a period of time as requested by the new president.
