Dubuque County Conservation says a pair of peregrine falcons has returned to a nesting site on the Dubuque County Courthouse in downtown Dubuque.
A YouTube live camera looking in on the nest shows the female falcon with three eggs waiting to hatch.
Conservation officials say it’s the same female falcon that has been using the nest box the last several years and she has a new mate this year.
