A Dubuque man riding his bicycle was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle.
Dubuque Police say the incident happened Wednesday afternoon shortly after 2 o’clock at the intersection of 16th Street and White Streets. Authorities say 56-year old Brian Bushman of Dubuque was taken to Finley Hospital after being struck by the vehicle driven by 25-year old Grace Spect of Dubuque.
Police say Specht was cited with failure to obey a stop or yield sign.
