The Grant County Sheriff says a man faces a number of charges after refusing to pull over his motorcycle leading deputies on a high speed pursuit.
The incident started Saturday night around 7:45 on Highway 18 in the town of Mount Hope. Authorities say the cycle operated by 21-year old Gabriel Groom of Mount Hope didn’t pull over for a traffic stop and took off reaching a speed of 115 miles per hour.
Groom was arrested a short time later at his home and taken to the Grant County Jail.
