The City of Dubuque has made the list of the U.S. News and World Report Top 250 Place to Live National Rankings. Dubuque ranked 208th on the list and ranked as the fifth best place to live in Iowa.
Iowa cites ranking ahead of Dubuque were Ankeny ranked the 4th best place to live in the country, West Des Moines 40th, Cedar Rapids 136th, and Council Bluffs 160th.
The report evaluated categories like quality of life, job market strength, the average commute time, and median household income.
Carmel, Indiana was rated the top place to live.
