Dubuque Police say a 14-year-old is facing a felony charge in connection to an assault that occurred last week at Eleanor Roosevelt Middle School.
The incident reportedly happened May 13th. Police say the student is accused of hitting another 14-year-old in the head with a chair, causing serious injuries.
The juvenile was taken into custody following further investigation.
