A Dubuque man who possessed and distributed fentanyl was sentenced this week to five years in federal prison.
28-year old Justin Members received the prison term after an August guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
After being caught distributing the drug in Dubuque, law enforcement officers searched a home Members stayed at and located over 300 fentanyl pills and a firearm.
