A Dubuque bicyclist was injured when he was struck by a vehicle. Dubuque Police say the accident happened Monday afternoon around 2:15 near the intersection of White and 20th streets.
Police the bike ridden by 40-year old Timothy Herber got hit by a vehicle driven by 54-year old Melinda Titus while she was attempting to turn left into a parking lot.
Herber was taken by private vehicle to Mercy One Dubuque Medical Center. He was cited with improper use of lanes.
