A Friday fire destroyed a home in Cascade.
Fire crews from Cascade, Bernard, and Monticello were called around 8:30 in the morning to 114 Third Avenue Southwest on the report of the fire.
Damage to the home owned by Palmer Rental Properties LLC of Farley was estimated at $167-thousand dollars. There were no injuries and the fire doesn’t appear to be suspicious.
