Dubuque Police have charged a man who is accused of threatening to kill a woman with a knife.
Police say 59-year old Rickey Hobbs was arrested on Monday evening following an investigation into the April 11th incident.
Police say the woman was taken to the hospital following the incident and told them she was assaulted by Hobbs who then held a knife to her face and threatened her.
Police say traffic camera footage was used to identify Hobbs carrying a cellphone and a knife into the residence.
