The East Central Intergovernmental Agency is hosting a “Create a Healthy Community Event” this Friday, May 10th from 11 to 4 at Central Park in Manchester.
The event will help to highlight local renovation projects funded by HUD and include trolley tours to view seven neighborhood homes of the 20 renovated in Manchester since 2021.
The event will also include a neighborhood clean-up, children’s games and inflatables. There will be tree plantings with a fundraising lunch with proceeds benefitting the Manchester Dog Park. There will be many service information booths during the event.
